PATRICK SMITH
Pastor
Patrick Smith is pastor at the Upper Room. Patrick has a burden to reach the lost and proclaim the gospel to Chula Vista, CA. He was instrumental in establishing the Urban Refuge homeless outreach ministry in our community. He is the wonderful dad of 4 beautiful children. He and Katrina are happily married, and like Joshua — for him and his household they will serve the Lord.
OUR DEACONS
Miguel & Elsa Saiz both serve as deacons in the Upper Room. Their commitment, zeal and love for Christ is immeasurable. A true blessing to the body of Christ.
