Local Missions Ongoing Projects
upper room is committed to reaching the local community with the love Jesus Christ. In both word and deed.
Throughout the year we do Food & Blanket Drives, Homeless Feedings, Tutoring and many other things in an effort to live out the gospel in our community.
These individual projects will be listed in the upper room weekly and announced during our worship.
Homeless Feeding || January 21st, 2009 We will be feeding the homeless in cooperation w/South Bay Community Services on October 1st. We will start cooking around 2 p.m. and serve at 4 p.m.
Blanket & Coat Drive || October We will be collecting blankets and coats during October for the Chula Vista Homeless. Completed! Huge Success, thanks to everyone who participated. |
